The hotel was very clean and the rooms were always serviced very nicely. This is the second location I have stayed at and I am a fan of Mitsui Garden franchise all together. The only thing I wasnt a fan of was that the bathroom had a strong mildew smell, I feel this may be rather common but still. Very much enjoyed my stay and would stay again!

The property is right next to a 7-11 which is great. 7-11 in Japan is amazing unlike in other parts of the world. The hotel is also easily accessible by bus stops and train stations. The staff were great - very polite, courteous and helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay and location was perfect for us with 6am arrival/departure on the Shinkansen at Hakata Station. Just a short walk especially the early train back to Osaka made it very convenient.

Super clean hotel with hot tub on the roof. They provide everything you need in your room such as a refrigerator, safe, iron, hair dryer with laundry and microwave on the 13th floor. Center to all the attractions. The breakfast buffet is out of this world. I gained 3 lbs with 5-night stay.

Rather convenient. Canal City just across the street. Nakasu Yatai is just 10 mins walk away. Got a 24-hour supermarket in 3 mins walk. Can enjoy open space hot public bath to relax after a long day of walking.

The bath was really clean and nice. They have washer and dryer (2 of them for the whole hotel) but better than none. I’d like towel service in the bath area so you don’t have to bring your towels from your room since I forgot to bring them multiple times during my stay. The service was excellent they seemed like they can read our minds.
