The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are really small but the bathrooms are really clean and have this great 2 headed shower. 1 is a waterfall head and the other is a wand. Also the rooms hallway were motion activated. They also have laundry which was really nice not bring home a bunch of dirty laundry.

Relaxing and good atmosphere

Really lovely stay in a relaxed and calm environment. The shared facilities are great and the room was comfortable. We particularly appreciated the large storage space under the bed that fit our two large suitcases well. Well sited for local amenities.

Wonderful hotel!

We had a wonderful stay and loved our room window overlooking the town. Close to cafes, restaurants and shopping. Everything is walkable. We will definitely stay here again if we are in town.

It was a nice hotel and the staff was courteous and helpful. Room is on the small size and we don’t like not having a counter to put items out for use. Breakfast was enjoyable and lounge area was comfortable.

Room is small (albeit normal for the location and price) but clean and tidy. The common area with kitchen is a great feature (given the small room size). Conveniently located (walkable to both Tenjin stations, though not right next door) with lots of eateries and convenient stores nearby. We enjoyed the stay.

Great hotel in the heart of Tenjin. Every staff there was polite. Loved my room. Only suggestion would be to have hot water maker in the rooms and mini fridge. Would stay there again.

Great and hip hotel located near a plethora of fine dining cuisine. The hotel itself is very artsy and expressive complete with a shared kitchen and laundry services along with a bar all on the reception floor which is located on the 3rd floor. The room was cleaned and well designed, one of the best parts was the blackout curtains!
