An unfriendly and dirty Japanese Ryokan

If you are looking for Japanese Ryokan experience, this is not the place. However It’s outside appearance is. It’s dirty. The service is below par. Typical Japanese hospitality doesn’t exist. I can say it because I live in Japan 3 months out of a year and I have traveled and stayed in Ryokan all over Japan. Upon check in, the lady just showed room without showing the whole place. We paid for two nights but we left just after one night stay.

Ryokan traditionnel très bien situé

Ryokan traditionnel, grande chambre avec tatami et futon On entend un peu les voisins et les gens aux lavabos car c'est Salle de bain partagée (onsen) Il n'y a pas dans la chambre Très bon wifi Thé et café à l'entrée Le personnel est très sympathique Si vous voulez un endroit traditionnel près de la gare, tenji c'est parfait

Very impressive stay with cheap price

Good: Nice environment (It’s a cultural heritage with well preserved traditional style of architecture) Nice and friendly staff, I would have lost my camera if I hadn’t received the help from their friendly staff. Cheap accommodation with Japanese styled decorated room. Comfortable and cozy in general. Very convenient- 4 mins walk from Gion Metro Station, and around 15 mins walk away from Hakata train station. Nicely-decorated lobby ;) Bad: Minimal noice isolation- might not be suitable for travellers who’re sensitive to noise. Shared bathroom - very clean but it might not be convenient for someone who requires a private bathroom Otherwise I’d recommend to my friends to stay in 鹿島本館。

本格的な伝統的日本家屋。場所も博多駅から近い。

徒歩で博多駅から10分弱、中洲まで10分、天神まで15分と便利。年季の入った本格的な日本家屋。中の家具や調度も敢えて昭和半ばのオリジナルなものをそのまま使われている。例えば電灯、水廻り道具など。但しトイレはウォッシュレット。子供の頃の記憶のまま。得難い体験が出来た。受付のスタッフも大変親切。部屋は床の間入れて10畳と広い。布団は薄いが、気にならず朝までユックリ眠れた。

미리 후기들을 읽고 갔기때문에 애초에 큰 기대는 하지 않았던게 도움이 되었다. 오래되어서 낡고 삐걱거리는 마루와 욕탕, 지금은 사용하지 않는 시설들, 2층으로 올라가는 가파른 계단 , 여닫기 힘들고 잠그고 열기 힘든 열쇠문, 객실내의 지저분한 창고방, 객실내의 곰팡이 가득한 에어컨, 너무 오래되어 색이 바랬으나 하얀 시트로 가려놓은 침구류.. 청결에 굉장히 예민한 사람들이면 피하길 바랍니다. 숙소에 큰 시간을 머물지 않을것인데 싼마이로 료칸 비슷한 곳에서 묵고싶으신 분들은 한번 가볼만도 합니다. 확실히 가격은 싸고, 주인분들도 친절하시고, 분위기라던가 느낌은 좋아요. 객실들 가운데에 자리잡은 작은 정원과 숙소의 입구의 분위기는 아, 여기가 일본이구나 ~하게 합니다. 욕탕도 작지만 나름 노천탕분위기 나게 꾸며놓아서 귀여워요 청결은 그냥저냥이지만...좀더 청결하면 좋겠지만 주인분들의 나이가 있으셔서 감안하게 되는 부분들입니다. 역에서도 가깝고 의외로 여기저기 버스타고 다니기에도 쉬워서 괜찮았어요~

좀 불편하긴 합니다

친절하시긴 하셨으나 샤워시설. 화장실 모두 공용이라 좀 불편했습니다. 후기대로 방음이 전혀 안되있더라구. 딸과 함께 였는데 옆방에 소리가 다 들렸음...민망하더라구 ㅜㅜ 드라이기도 없고 방에 손거울 조차 없어서 당황했습니다.^^; 여행 많이 다녔지만 이런 경우는 첨이라...ㅎ .. 뭐 예약때 확인 못한 제 잘못이죠. 어쨌든 두번은 숙박 못할거같다는...^^;

오래된 시설이라 전반적으로 낡은건 어쩔수 없지만 이불과 요에 머리카락이 잔뜩 붙어있어 불결했다. 무엇보다 다다미이고 환기가 안되서 그러는지 전치적으로 습한 냄새가 심했다.. 5인실에 묶었는데 모두 태어나서 처음으로 빈대라는 놈을 보았다..그전 투숙자 피를 얼마나 빨았는지 친구가 눌러 잡았는데 엄청 피가 많았고,모두 2마리 잡았는데, 잡고 벽을보니 빈대잡은 피자국이 여기저기 있어 밤새 교대로 불침번을 섰다... 다시는 숙박하고 싶지 않다.

숙소 위치는 정말 Good이였습니다~베리베리 만족 하지만 화장실과 세면실이 공동으로 쓰다보니 밤늦게 가는게 좀 무섭고 다른사람들이 방을 잘못찾았는지 문을 열려고 해서 아이들인거 같긴한데 좀....그것빼곤 주인장들도 친절하고 서비스 좋았습니다~

정말 웬만하면 귀차나서 후기 안 쓰는데 너무 놀라워서 지웠던 앱을 다시 깔아 찾아 씁니다. 제가 가본 숙소 중 역대급 후져써요.. 위치는 좋습니다. 기온역 근처이고 카와바타 시장, 구시다신사, 캐널시티 가까워요. <참고로 저는 아빠가 바로 옆에서코를 고셔도 1분만에 잠들어 엄마가 누가 업어갈까 걱정된다고 하시는 딸입니다 매일 늦잠 자서 혼나요> 후기에 봐서 각오는 했지만, 저는 방음이 1도 안 돼 시끄럽다는게 주변방이 시꾸러운 사람들이겠거니 하면서 운이 좋길 바랬어요. 그리고 저는 운 좋게도 주변 방에 조용한 한국인 부부와 아이 가족이 있었고 정말 최대한 조용히 하시는게 느껴져서 제가 다 고마울 지경이었는데, 이게 사람의 문졔가 아닙니다. 문을 여닫는 소리, 복도를 걷는 소리, 방안에서 속삭이듯 이야기 해도 모든 소리가 들림니다. 화장실, 세면대 사용하는 소리는 당연합니다. 과장이 아니고 숨쉬는 소리를 재외한 모든 소리가 들랴요. 새벽에 오토매틱 기상 가능합니다. 그렇게 피곤한데도 자믈 거의 못 자씁니다. 사진에 보는 료칸 한 가운데 정원! 없느니만 못하게 더렆구요. 쳐다보기도 시렀어요 바 선생이나 주ㅣ선생 나올까봐 벌벌 떨렷슴니다.. !!하지만 이것보다 더 큰 문졔는 넴새에요.. 숙소를 들어서는 순간 느껴지는 불퀘한 향.. 배정받은 방에 들어서면 10배로 강력해집니다. 대박이에요. 이것때문에 방에 있을 수 없어여.. 침구는 깨끗한데 바닥과 벽 온통 넴새가 정말... 말로 다 못해요. 거울, 테이블, 족자(벽 그림),.. 모든 것이 다 날가서 연합하여 넴세를 형성합니다. 며칠이 지난 지금도 느껴지네요..아련.. 프리 드링크는 생수 담긴 주전자와 20년 전 저희 외할머니 살아계시던 생전의 포트가 있습니다. 물 한번 마시려면 입구까지 나아가야 하고 드라이기도 빌리고 바로 반낲 합니다. 욕탕은 여성 기준 최대 4인 이용가능해서 늘 데기했습니다.. 부모님 모시고 갔는데 불효ㅈㅏ는 웁니다 꺼이꺼이 아빠 엄마 너무 미아네요.... 너무 조ㅣ송해서 면목이 없었어요. 둘 째날 비가 많이 와서 숙소에 돌아가고 싶었는데 차마 이 곳에 돌아갈 수 업서서 그 비에 밖에서 시간 떼웠어요. 제발 두번 세번 셍각하시고 골여하시길 부탁드립니다. 저 같은 불효ㅈㅏ가 생기지 않기를 기도합니다. 감사합니다. 여러분 즐거운 여행되세요.

방이 넓습니다. 3인실이었는데 8명은 잘 수 있을만한 방을 제공해주셔서 깜짝놀랐습니다. 기존 게스트하우스에서는 샤워실이 몇개 없어 씻기 불편했으나, 공중목욕탕이 있어 아침에 8명까지 빠르게 샤워 혹은 목욕을 할 수 있습니다. 옛날풍의 온탕도 있습니다. 또, 개인욕실도 있습니다. 공항에서 오실 경우에는 기온역에서 내려서 2분, 공항버스를 이용하실 경우는 조금 복잡할 수 있으나 하카타역까지 바로 가는 버스정류장이 있어 교통도 나름 편리합니다. 캐널시티가 있는 카와바타 상점가까지도 도보 5분 이내입니다.

가격기준으로는 나쁘진 않은데 공용 화장실과 공용 샤워실이 불편했습니다. 대신 후쿠오카 주요관광지와 거리가 가까와 단순 숙박을 원하는 분들이라면 추천할만 합니다.

전반적 레트로 느낌이고 남녀노소에 관계없이 좋은 추억이 될꺼 같구요 혹시 2층일 경우 계단이라 나이드신분이나 어린얘기들은 1층으로 사전예약 하시는게 좋을듯 하구요, 방에 냉장고가 없었던거 같아요

駅から近いです。

外国の方が多い旅館です。 私が泊まったときは他に日本人はいませんでした。 建物はとても趣があって、そういう面では外国の方に好まれると思います。 ですが、実際に利用しますと、廊下を歩く音等全てが丸聞こえなので、静かにしたい人は無理かもしれません（その時の利用者数にもよるとは思いますが） スタッフの方は皆さん親切で、駅やバス停も近いので便利でした。 お風呂やトイレは共同です。 ドライヤーは、使う度にフロントで借りないといけません。 浴衣と歯ブラシは部屋に置いてありました。 旅館ですが、お布団は自分で用意します。 シーツは洗濯されて清潔でしたが、毛布は年季が入ってました。 私は5月末利用のため毛布は利用しませんでしたが、寒い時に利用されるなら掛布団の上から利用されることをお勧めします。 無料の飲み物は部屋にはなく、フロントすぐのところに、フリードリンクがありました。 Wi-Fiはストレスフリーでした。

WARNING! HOTEL INFESTED BY BED BUGS!

WARNING! We got bitten by bed bugs which were all over the room! Had to change hotel at 3 o'clock in the morning. This hotel needs urgent sanitation and inspection by the authorities! Stay away! Picture proof attached!
