The staff and service are superb, the rooms are spacious, and all the amenities you need are available. The showers are fantastic and don’t leak! Overall, it was an extraordinarily good stay and excellent value.

Good location, close to two different metro stations, but not in a very busy area, which is great. Also not too far from Hakata station, walkable distance but also easily reached taking metro. Very clean and tidy. The buffet breakfast is very nice, we love it. Also appreciate the amenities provided. The double bedroom is not big but the bathroom is great, good enough for 1-2 travellers.

Great location, 15-minute walk from JR Hakata station and less than a 10-minute to Canal City, great breakfast options, rooms are slightly bigger than expected

I got the corner suite, the space is great to have my whole family (4 adults) satisfied and with tub, two toilets, nice hair dryer, good size freezer and nice breakfast. the location is nice as well ti access both Hakata and Tenjin. two thimbs up!

Super nice hotel which is within walkable distance from train station. 2 convenience stores in close proximity. Excellent service and nice staff. Check in and out are too easy without a fuss. Hotel room is modern and clean. Bathroom is pristine. Overall experience is excellent. Daiwa Roynet hotel group is almost always the best one.
