The location is excellent, as there is a free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station and the Shinjuku-Kawaguchiko bus stop right at the hotel. "Great stay at this place. Staffs are very welcoming. Fuji Mountain view was spectacular from our villa roof top. The only drawback is that the location is a little far from town- 15mins if you cycle or 30min walking. This will not be of a problem if you have own transport or, if you are fit, can rent a bicycle which is also fun. Hotel provide transportation from/to town but with limited timings. "Clean property and trims are huge with a view of Mount Fuji. Not very walkable to train, lake or other sites. Staff did not speak much English and the breakfast was very Japanese."

It was a pleasant stay, the kitchen was fully equipped, we made use of the washer for our clothes, and the toilet seats were always warm which was so welcome in the cold house! Each room had a heater that worked well and made for a comfortable nights rest. My kids enjoyed watching the tv at night to wind down. "
