"J’ai beaucoup apprécié la magnifique vue sur le mont Fuji depuis notre chambre! Le déjeuner était simple, mais bon. La navette pour se rendre à la station était également très pratique. Par contre, je ne savais pas qu’il était possible de bénéficier de cette navette à l’arrivée à l’hôtel. La marche entre la station d’autobus et l’hôtel était assez difficile, surtout avec nos bagages. Il aurait été apprécié que cette information soit mieux indiquée lors de la réservation."
"Room is clean and big. I chose the Mt fuji view and wake up to mt Fuji every morning.
Area surrounding the Ryokan is quiet and clean.
Most staff speak English. No issues communicating.
Breakfast and dinner were fixed meals.
Airconditioning works exceptionally well."
"Stayed as part of our Japan honeymoon, and it blew our minds. We arrived on a cloudy day but when we woke the next morning to clear skies the view of Mt Fuji from our balcony was simply incredible! We thought the buffet breakfast was excellent, the staff are wonderful, can’t wait to return in the future!"
"I quite enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The building is new and very clean. The staff were quite helpful throughout my time there. I’d recommend staying here for sure. It is a little further away from the town on the other side of the lake, so be prepared to take taxis and/or buses."
"I loved how clean and well maintained this property was. The rooms being itself was very spacious and we had a beautiful view of the lake across the street. Staff were very friendly and offer a ride services going to and from Kawaguchiko Station which was very helpful. It was also a short walk to Kawaguchiko Lake, My Fuji Panoramic Ropeway, and various convenience stores and restaurants. We were also served a large Japanese breakfast in the morning. I was traveling with someone with severe food allergies so was presently surprised by how thoughtful and accommodating staff was about alterations to the meal."
"The hotel was really nice. Very clean, and the room was a nice size. We had a view of Mount Fuji from our balcony. Unfortunately, there was no patio furniture provided to sit out on the balcony.
The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the train station where all the action is. When booking it said the hotel provided shuttle service from the train station to the hotel, which is one of the reasons I picked this hotel. However, the shuttle service was very limited. You could not get a shuttle to the hotel from the train station until 3pm. We got in earlier than that, so we had to take a cab which cost about 1.300 yen. And even when we called at the designated time to get the shuttle from the station to the hotel the next day, we were told that one would not arrive for 20-30 minutes, so we just walked. You also had to book the shuttle to the train station when you checked out and were warned that it may be full.
Despite these two issues, I would stay there again because the hotel was lovely."
