The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The staff are very good and friendly. The pool area is nice and the warm pool is a huge bonus. Unfortunately the air conditioning isn't very good and doesn't cool down below 22 degrees, which makes it a bit too warm especially at night! Also if you want to use the safe in the room you have to pay 2 euros per night extra, we though that was unnecessary and should be included as part of the room.

A nice stay ruined at the end .
It had been a nice stay, however was 10 spoilt right at the end, by some very rude male members of the pool bar staff. It had not been explained to me that the all inclusive drinks offer ends when you check out, and instead of them politely explaining this they were rude, borderline aggressive, and turned me away.

Oppholdet var helt ok. Første møte med personalet var dårlig, det var lite hjelp fra personalet når man stilte spørsmål, og de var lite villig til å dele ut goder som man hadde rett på. Vi hadde inkludert oppgradering av rom og spa opphold for en dag i bookingen vår. Vi måtte spørre om dette, og fikk motvillig etterhvert vårt inkluderte spaopphold, mens rom oppgradering kun var tilgjengelig dersom man betalte. Selv om det i vår booking stod spesifisert at vi hadde en oppgradering inkludert uten ekstra kostnad dersom tilgjengelig. Først når vi spurte om oppgadering hadde de masse tilgjengelighet, med i det vi sa at vi hadde det inkludert hadde de brått ingen tilgjengelig og personalet var mest interessert i å få oss bort fra resepsjonen.

Hotel was excellent and staff very helpful. Only, albeit small, negative was the ridiculous daily extra charge made to use the in room safety deposit box. Never seen that before.

positive: cleanliness (house Keeping amazingly friendly), spaceous room, side view on the ocean, restaurant. kitchen employees very friendly. negative: customers that run to reserve their places at the pool at 9am. in the restaurant some employees (2 women) were working hard others were just speaking not cleaning rapidly the tables.

This hotel was great! We arrived early and our room was ready which was very helpful. The distance to the restaurants and mainstreet was great. We walked everywhere. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The inside of the hotel reminded us of a cruise ship. You'll understand if you ever stay here. We had the ocean view which was nice to wake up to.

Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen, alt, schlechtes Frühstück (viel Auswahl aber minderwertige Qualität), eindeutige mehr Schein als sein. Wir hatten in unserem Zimmer eine Kakerlake, die Rezeption hat sich aber dafür nicht interessiert, es gab mir den Eindruck als ob es normal wäre. Die Pool Handtücher werden nicht täglich gewechselt aber keiner informiert sie im Vorfeld, der Poolboy ist unfreundlich und versteht kein Englisch, wenn sie die Handtücher am Ende des Tages abgeben, bekommen sie am nächsten Tag keine neuen Handtücher. Als wir bei der Rezeption nachgefragt haben, hieß es sie wechseln es jede 3 Tage.

Great hotel just needs a little TLC in places
Lovely hotel for Couples, very peaceful and overall a quality hotel. Certain areas are looking dated though. The spa has a hot/cold experience and some of the shower experiences didn’t work, rust in a lot of areas which is a shame as it brings the quality down where it shouldn’t. Overall you won’t be disappointed with this hotel. Staff are lovely and location is great. Food wise we were B&B but was excellent and prices for drinks etc as well as food was fair too. This was our 2nd time here and if I returned would book again.

When we stayed in a suite in this hotel in the past we got access to the mini bar or unlimited access to the spa. This trip was different where we got nothing and when we enquired we were told it was due to a recent policy change. As a result we would not recommend paying for a suite. Another negative for our stay was we had an insect issue in the bathroom during the stay that was sorted out very quickly, but still not great that it happened in the first place.

Great stay
All over a great stay. Only a couple of little points were an issue. The air con was non existent in communal areas which made eating a not so enjoyable experience. I understand that companies are trying to reduce the use but in 30+ degree heat it’s still needed. Also has ants in the bathroom which wasn’t a huge issue really

The layout of the hotel was very good especially the attractive pool area (and providing a heated pool). The hotel provided a good selection of food at breakfast and dinner. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cockroaches in room and bad service
There were two giant cockroaches in the room on the first night. When we reported, they spray this insect spray that made the room smell like chemicals a night. The next morning, the recepty insisted that that's what happens and they'll just clean better. We deserved to be compensated and wanted to talk with the manager. Manager didn't pick up and never called back. Do not stay. Don't recommend.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Sehr schön ausgestattet mit viel Platz. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Man kann zu Fuß den Stadtstrand mit den kleinen Beachbars erreichen. Auch der Ort mit seinen vielen Restaurants und Geschäften ist fussläufig erreichbar. Das Essen ist in Buffetform, sehr lecker und die Auswahl gross. Auch der Spa ist sehr schön und die Anwendungen sind prima. Die Zimmer zum Meer haben jedoch den kleinen Nachteil, dass man die Logistik mitbekommt. Die Müllabfuhr kommt um halb vier morgens und die Glascontainer werden auch noch spät abends oder früh morgens befüllt. Das WLAN ist zwar kostenfrei, jedoch extrem schlecht. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt aber sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer in Poollage sind wahrscheinlich sehr viel ruhiger…

10 Days in Corralejo
Check In was supposed to be at 2 o'clock, when we arrived at half past we were told that we still have to wait for another half hour. Besides that staff always was friendly, especially at the pool bar and breakfast room. Hotel.com gives you the impression the safe is included, but you have to pay extra for using it. The shower wasn't working well, this had been fixed within a day. The toilet seat was losen, but this hasn't been fixed during our stay.

Ottima posizione della struttura, a pochi metri dalla spiaggia e dal centro di Corralejo. Buona l'organizzazione generale dell'hotel e i servizi offerti. Carina la SPA, anche se niente di speciale. Apprezzabile l'idea di organizzare ogni giorno attività in palestra ed in piscina, così come la possibilità di partecipare ad un corso di disegno. Nel complesso decisamente consigliabile, anche per il cibo.
