"The room was good, but they give you the bear neçessities. We had only one chair, and manager wouldn’t give us another. Only one dresser drawer. We were very disappointed with the hotel. Shower didn’t work they fix it. They posted room will be clean upon request, but cleaned it even though we didn’t request it to be cleaned. No free breakfast. We won’t stay there again."

"The bed was the only thing that was good, at least it was comfortable. I was disappointed because the reviews said it was a good place to stay, but although the bedsheets looked clean, the room itself was not clean. The roll of toilet paper was almost empty and there were no spares, there was only 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel [but 2 bath towels] even though there were 2 of us on the reservation, and the adjoining rooms were quite noisy - thin walls and floor from the overhead room. The breakfast was okay, waffles, yogurt, bagels, and 2 cereal choices. Not our best stay."

"There were people living in an RV in the parking lot, the entrance was very dirty and smelled terrible. We stayed 3 nights and our towels and coffee were only refreshed once we requested it and the coffee that was refreshed was all decaf. There was someone else’s leftover food in the refrigerator when we got there. And lastly every morning at breakfast the eggs, sausage, and biscuits were almost out or completely out. Not a good experience for us. We will look for an Air BnB next trip to Caldwell, ID"

"We had a great stay. At first we weren’t allowed to check in since we arrived before rooms were ready. We went back about an hour later, there was a message sign stating they will be right back sorry for the inconvenience. The only thing I have to gripe about the room was the toilet was hard to flush. We had to hold down the handle for maybe 30 seconds for it to flush completely. And they don’t clean the room every day. But it was a great stay, staff were very polite and the breakfast was WONDERFUL. It was a breakfast not just pastries and coffee and juice."

"We stayed at multiple Super 8 facilities on our road trip. This one was the worst on the trip. They said they just finished cleaning and thought great! -- The room stunk of a floral scent so we had to leave the windows open for fresh air. We could not get hot water to happen at all so no shower in the morning. But that was okay because there was some hair on the rim of the walk in shower stall. It seemed to be an ADA unit but the toilet was low. It had a coffee pot but no coffee. The breakfast was 2 cold cereal options or packaged breakfast sandwiches -- nothing else -- so we went to a local restaurant. They seemed to be going through a renovation but lots of damage seen in the room and bathroom. There were cheap/quick fixes throughout the room -- on the walls and the pipes seen under the sink. There was no key drop so I left the room key by their "away" note on the front counter and took a picture as proof I returned it. "
