"Hotel employees were striking when we arrived but the hotel was still well run. The breakfast buffet was still excellent and a to-go breakfast was packed for us the day we left on an early train."

"This is supposed to have an award-winning breakfast, however, due to the strike, I have to believe that the breakfast was limited. Location was great. I was literally in the shower when I discovered that the shampoo containers were empty. I had to call down for a refill which they did quite quickly. This was a last-minute Hotel change due to the strike Respectfully, Hotels.com should have paid for the cost differences of the hotels when the Radisson Blu close their hotel for the strike. Radisson broke their contract with Hotels.com. My contract with Hotels.com was still intact. BAD FORM Hotels.com!!!!!! "

"The hotel was affected by a strike among the workers, but still did their utmost to provide guests with good service using the resources they had. It was truly very good 😊"

"Hôtel bien situé. Déco un peu vieillotte mais grande chambre et lits confortables. Éviter une chambre au rez-de-chaussée côté rue car assez bruyant. L'eau chaude pendant la douche était quelques fois vascillante. Le petit déjeuner était OK mais sans plus. Le choix, comme partout en Norvège, était varié mais les oeufs brouillés étaient bien ordinaires. J'ai eu mieux ailleurs pendant mon séjour en Norvège."

"There was a hospitality strike while we were there. The General Manager (Tone) got involved and tool great care of us!! Radisson has excellent locations both in the city of Trondheim and right at the airport—a very short walk to the terminal (2 minutes)!!"
