"Everything at the property is done half way. The remodel looks horrible, the staff hates their jobs and the only cordial employees I encountered were the housekeepers. "

"1.Honest when I say there was no elevator 2. Charged me a $30 per day non refundable pet fee and then tried charging me double for a washing machine pod after I had already been quoted the cost by another employee which was the only employee we had the entire week stay who was kind courteous and went out of his way to accommodate us unlike all theother employee in this hotel who was the only employee with wonderful customer service skills and went above and beyond but unfortunately not one other employee in the hotel was kind nor r tried to explain the highfeewhen they don't even offer those they decide to put upspairs. This is shady business practice when it shows no care in the woeld over over a full week were friendly and did not go out of there way to "

"This is a very nice hotel. 5 stars for being better than I expected! The room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast had plenty of choices and what I ate tasted good. And every staff person I encountered was nice and pleasant to speak with. "
