"The Inn at Europa is absolutely lovely. I had a wonderful stay. I really enjoyed staying up on the hill, it was beautiful and peaceful and so close to everything. The location was fantastic and I would not have changed it. I appreciate the comfort of the room, the bed was so comfy and inviting, the fountain in the courtyard provided additional ambiance. The staff were all accommodating and friendly, wonderful service. I will absolutely stay here again. I loved being so close to the restaurants...

"Basic no frills overnight stay. Seems like a fine place but I only slept there and didn’t spend time at the pool or anything. Right next to the freeway. "

"They just wrote me off as a crazy lady so they could keep my money but THIS PLACE HAS MOLD. The bad reviews were buried and I never should have booked a stay here for work trip. The rating is totally misleading. I checked in and smelled mildew in the room. The flooring was all wonky so i imagine water damage. It immediately triggered my asthma. I won't even bring up the other concerns with the place (like the trash that was all over the walkway) etc etc. Because MOLD. They won't refund...

"High ceiling rooms and bathroom are spacious clean and comfortable with modern interior design and decor with a cozy patio fire pit, outdoor shower and outdoor table for relaxing meals and great view of sunsets. Outdoor common area which is tastefully illuminated at night has many cozy spots to enjoy nature sunsets a good book wonderful conversations etc Staff is friendly and helpful . A wonderful surprise discovery that I already have recommended to many other friends ."

"I requested room cleaning, and no one came. Holiday Inn Express Temecula then charged me an extra $111.08 for an extra day, even though I checked out on time and before noon. On top of that, they held a $100 deposit for 10 business days. Completely unacceptable and ridiculous. "
