"This was a great place to stay for a few days. The laundry room was clean and easy. The staff at the desk were so helpful and full of great ideas. Overall, this place deserves 6 stars for the type of property it is. Centrally located. Easy to walk around. It was a fun place to stay."

"We booked 2 rooms for one night stay, very clean rooms.
Staff were very friendly and in accommodating us to swap for 2 rooms next door to each other.
The apartments are pet friendly too as we had our dogs with us. "

"The room was very spacious and clean, the kitchenette was well equipped and convenient to make simple meals. Air conditioning worked fine and it was useful during summer in Bordeaux. The staff were all nice and helpful. There may not be many things around the hotel but it is not from a far distance from tram so still easy to get around. "The staff were great - spoke English as well as French. The room was as advertised. Did not buy breakfast. Great location. Close to all transportation, the river, many monuments at the gate st Jean.
The hotel lent out umbrellas which was great.
