10/10 Excellent

"The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are excellent. Everyone is very accommodating and tolerated my awful German well, switching to English when I met my limit. Breakfast is very nice and well recommended. The hotel is in a very good location so great for a city stay, I have stayed here before and will certainly stay again. There is a fitness centre but it is not particularly well equipped, I'd suggest one of the nearby gyms if that matters to you. Room 313 was very comfortable and clean."

"We really loved this hotel. The room was very comfortable. We had a lovely Juliet balcony room with pretty flowers on the railing. Beds were excellent. Nice large bathroom. Very clean. Helpful staff. Delicious breakfast spread with everything you could imagine on the buffet. Excellent location. I would love to return to this hotel."
