"Ok... So there's definitely NOT a pool. It's was as low end as it gets ... Like, we walked outside and found a bullet on the ground right outside the door. They double booked the room, so someone else had keys to our room.... "

"The staff is excellent for what they are dealing with. The property is not well maintained. The linens and towels was good, floors was clean. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was cold cereal or oatmeal some packaged foods such as muffins and honeybuns but did not have anything adequately stocked. Most items was long gone with remnants empty packages remaining. Coffee was great so it wasn't a total loss. Regarding the property itself...The walls had poorly patched sheetrock like...

"Initial impression on arrival was not great. However once we got to our room and into our stay we were greatly satisfied. This is an older building and while it is very clean, it is somewhat dated. The elevator has a musty smell but our room was nice and clean and cozy. We had everything we needed. The breakfast was good even though they served exactly the same things all 4 days we were there. "The hotel is in a great location in Dahlonega, and has historic character. Don’t expect it will be fancy. It has all that is needed for basics, in the great location."

"The room that they have breakfast in is very small. The rooms are clean, but a little dated. The location is very close to the Dahlonega square. The pool looked very clean, although I did not use it. It seem to be a pretty quiet area at night. All in all, I would stay there again."
