"The staff was very friendly at check in and check out. Very convenient, located right on Main Street in Frisco. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Parking convenient, right in front of rooms. Beds were comfortable. Have fridge, microwave and coffee pot in room. Continental breakfast was added bonus."

"It was very clean. Annoying that breakfast is not included and that theres no microwave in the room. There was quite a bit of money spent making it look nice but comfort fir a stay not so much. One man on staff was really helpful, the lady when we first arrived was rude. And having to pay for oarking is ridiculous. "

"This is a remarkable place in Frisco. This isn’t just ‘mountain town’ chic, this is literally high class luxury in Frisco. The decor is old world opulence and, from a visitor’s point of view, this spa / hotel has everything you need- as well as everything you never knew you needed. The aromatherapy room, the billiard room, the parlour, aperitivo hour, the impeccable service, the cleanliness of the well appointed rooms, dual hot tubs… I could go on and on. Every aspect of your stay just feels perfect.

"Parking with a truck and snowmobile trailer was horrible. I called the hotel in advance before booking and asked about parking. I was told they have bus and truck.trailer parking on site. This was NOT true! The lot is small and there were 10 abandoned cars also taking up spots making matters worse. If the person would have tols the truth I would never have stayed here! The hotel itself is worn out and well used. The front staff were all rude and one guy was only interested in watching his youtube videos and would never give eye contact or answer a question. Another front staffer who was also rude, slept in one of the cars in the parking lot! Breakfast was pitiful and usually late. The facility is old and the staff are horrible. Spend you money somewhere else. I would NEVER stay in this place again. "
