Spacious, quiet room with lots of power sockets. Easy to park underground from behind the hotel once you have a room card to open the barrier. Half hour walk from town and a bit further to the airport in the opposite direction.

I didn't like that food was no longer available in the evening now that this is a Hey Lou Hotel. When it was a Comfort Hotel and then Styles, food was available. Also, what happened to the pancake machine?

Adequate

Checking is done via a computer console. Although it worked for us, there is no one to help if you have a problem. There is no one to ask about anything. The WiFi did not work for the evening of our stay. When it did come on, it is an unsecured network. The room is comfortable, but the bathroom did not look clean, probably because of the surface choices they made.

Check in is a mess with a bunch of computers in the lobby. No contact with a single person. You have to tell people if you want your room cleaned the day before. The bar closes at 10:30 has very limited supplies and last call is at 10 o’clock even on weekends. The breakfast room has one, very slow coffee machine and always has a line. The entire hotel is extremely impersonal and has no staff to take care of it. You feel like a number that checks in with a computer.

Nie wieder!

Ab nächstem Jahr wieder ein anderes Hotel, dessen Geschäftsführer auch auf die Gäste schauen und nicht nur auf den eigenen Profit. - Bar hat nur bis 22:30 auf; zu einer Messe mit vollem Hotel ein Unding. Schade, dass die Geschäftsleitung dies anders sieht - Wenn die Bar schon um 22:30 zu machen muss, dann würde es doch wenigstens Sinn machen den Automaten mit Snacks und Getränken nicht in den Bereich zu stellen, der dann auch um 22:30 geschlossen ist, sondern in einen Bereich, in dem die Gäste auch nach 22:30 noch Zugang haben - Dass Bier nur aus Flaschen ausgeschenkt wurde, lassen wir mal so stehen; ein Hotel, welches die Bar nur zum Anschauen hat und nicht zum Ausschenken, ist das nur konsequent - Einchecken sehr unpersönlich und man muss alles selbst machen (auch die Zimmerschlüssel programmieren); mit "menschlich" hat das nichts mehr zu tun, auch wenn man es auf die Bildschirme schreibt - Obwohl beim Einchecken bei der Dame im Hinterzimmer mitbestellt wurde am zweiten Tag das Zimmer nicht gereinigt, nur die Handtücher ausgewechselt; das Klopapier mussten wir selbst bei der Rezeption abholen - Die Klimaanlage scheint nicht richtig zu funktionieren: es kommt ein bisschen kalt, aber die Luft bleibt feucht und die Klamotten, die zum Trocknen aufhängen, bleiben klamm (war letztes Jahr leider auch schon so) - Beim Checkout bekommt man keine Rechnung; diese wurde erst später auf Nachfrage zugesandt - Vor dem Zimmer steht ein Kühlcontainer der Küche, der die ganze Nacht läuft
