"This hotel is disgusting. There were roaches coming out of the shower and sink drains. I had to move rooms at 11:30pm.
There is no bathroom counter space and transits hangout in and around the parking lot.
I immediately checked out the next morning, which was a day earlier than expected. I booked a hotel around the corner which was 1000% better and had parking lot security.
I do not suggest staying at the SureStay by Best Western in Fresno and wish I could get my money back. "

"For the price this was great! Nice clean rooms with a kitchen. Reminds me of a studio. Parking was good, it’s close to shopping centers as well. Pet friendly is a plus. "

"The hotel is in really bad conditions. The tub was falling apart. The towels looked dirty. The online pictures don’t look nothing like the actual hotel. "

"This property was absolutely amazing except for one thing. The pool is freezing. Other than that the breakfast was absolutely wonderful and it’s not gone as soon as they serve it. The staff was friendly. There’s a cart to help you load your luggage from the car to your room. The rooms are nice. I liked the view from backside of motel. Lots of things close by including food and gas right next door. I would absolutely stay here again. Best bang for your buck and would recommend to anyone."

"I stay there every time i have to go there. They have fixing up the rooms with new pant and fixing the few things tha needed attention in the rooms i have stayed in. The staff is super friendly. And right on it if there is a problem. They keep it clean its quite. Great place to stay if you have business down town"

"I do not recommend staying here at all. There was an unpleasant smell, the sheets were dirty, and on top of that, there was a long wait before check-in. They refused to refund my money because I didn't want to stay in their terrible room."
