"The elevator was out of order the 4 nights I stayed the parking lot had people squatting in their cars overnight "

"The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. When we got into our room, we found it was never cleaned. He quickly found a different room to put us in and that room still had garbage in one of the cans. There was no soap in the bathroom to wash our hands with. I feel we should have gotten SOMETHING....literally anything for the inconvenience of getting into a room that was never cleaned."

"Elevator was out of service pool was closed main floor had no floor due to construction no help was offered to get luggage to and from second and third floor breakfast wasn’t great nor fresh curtains was too short in the room so much lighting was coming in bath dry towels wasn’t thick the hallways had a bad smell and odor very different from the last time I stayed here a couple months ago "

"The room seemed clean on surface, then found old toothpaste marks dried on the bathroom countertop. The bathroom sink would not drain and the toilet only flushed once. The hotel windows face the freeway so it is very noisy at night. The building itself could use a little more lighting outside at night. "

"Disappointed does even work as an appropriate descriptor. The hallways wreaked of cigarette smoke, the side doors that should have been secured for safety were always open and accessible for anyone off the streeet to enter the hotel. It was disgusting. "

"Everything was clean and nice. Dove toiletries like shampoo and body wash are a nice touch. Good breakfast with hot options like omelets and breakfast potatoes in addition to the typical continental breakfast foods."

"3 night stay. Under staffed. No happy our as it was closed friday and Saturday. Bed was so uncomfortable. I think it was broken. Need to update mattresses. The bright spot was the girl at the starbucks counter was so friendly and welcoming. We visited from NY on business 3/19 to 3/22 2026"

"The staff was nice and patient. I asked for extra towels and they offered to deliver. We then had a tv that didn't work and the front desk woman checked the tv in another room for us before assisting us with moving. The breakfast was good, with a variety of options and plenty of room to sit comfortably. "

It was dirty and no cups in the room No hand towels, only 2 rough feeling "bath" towels The best reason to stay? It's right across jumping on i90 expressway which is what i needed.
