"The apartment was in good condition but it was unexpected not to have windows (other than a shuttered one in the kitchen to the inner foyer area). And the listing clearly says microwave (there wasn’t one) and laundry facilities (there were but not for guest access). That last was a huge issue but with a lot of pressure we were given access to the washer/dryer. "

"Attention, alors que nous croyions avoir loué un hôtel, il s'agit plutôt d'un appartement privé dans un hôtel. La prise en charge a donc été très pénible. Sinon, l'appartement (ou plutôt la grande chambre) est très bien. Propre et bien équipé. L'hôtel offre plusieurs services, mais vous n'aurez pas accès à tout si vous n'avez pas le bracelet approprié. "A reasonable hotel - great location and good breakfast. It would have been nice to have been informed prior to booking that the restaurant would not be open due to low season. Would have benefited from access to a bar. Kitchenette was reasonable (although cookware was tired). Overall a good option in the area."

"Clim + ventilateur ok Accueil super d'isabelle qui a été attentionnée avec nous, avec un panier surprise à notre arrivée et très à l'ecoute. Logement propre, bien decoré, on s'y est bien sentit. Glassiere, grille pain, micro onde, sac, affaires de plages, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Prenez les boules quies si vous etes sensibles au chant du coq très tot le matin car ce n'est pas insonorisé. Bien situé aussi, pas loin du centre et des commerces."

"We arrived 1 hour prior to check-in and the team graciously checked us. They explained the Blue ferry and assisted us with obtaining tickets online. The drinks especially the vanilla pina colada were delicious."

"While this was a beautiful hotel with infinite pool, the French customer service is bad. House keeping keeps your room cleaned everyday. This hotel only have one restaurant so you can only eat twice breakfast with is buffet and then dinner. If you're a person who likes to stay at the hotel during vacation I recommend you find a hotel that offers more food options. However, there is food nearby you'll need a taxi. Overall, I enjoyed my stay outside of the restaurant."

Grand Case Beach Club

"Grand Case Beach Club is a fantastic place to stay. The beach is beautiful, well-maintained, and one of the calmer beaches on the island. I traveled with my older mother, who is nervous around large waves, and she found the water very calm, approachable, and easy to enjoy. The staff were also responsive and helpful. A few minor issues came up in our room, including something not working in the shower, and someone came quickly each time to fix them. The rooftop pool is a major highlight. It is thoughtfully designed for children and older guests, and the view is truly unmatched, one of the best on the island without hiking up a mountain. The rooms are comfortable, well-appointed, and carefully laid out, with a kitchen, pots and pans, and an espresso machine. My only criticisms are minor. The gym could use more equipment, since even during low season it could be difficult to access a machine. Sunset Cafe is convenient, but the drinks and breakfast can be hit or miss, and beach service could be more frequent. At times, only one person appeared to be covering the beach, so waits could reach 30 minutes. Since it is the only restaurant on the property, more consistency would be welcome, although Grand Case’s restaurants are just a short walk away. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return."

Orient Beach Hotel

"Great Location and Comfortable Rooms, but Operations Could Be Tighter Overall, I had a good stay at Orient Beach Hotel and would rate it 4 out of 5. The rooms are spacious, modern, well-appointed, and easy to navigate. I stayed in a ground-floor unit and really enjoyed the patio, oceanfront view, and breeze. The location is excellent. Orient Village is only a few minutes away on foot, and there are many great restaurants along the beach. Breakfast at KKO was also good, with pastries, cold cuts, fruit, and yogurt though I would note birds were often picking at the bread without many attempts from staff to stop them. Ultimately the main issue was inconsistent service and follow-up. We booked two rooms, and one had weak air conditioning at check-in. There was confusion about whether it would be repaired or whether we would be moved, and I had to follow up myself for an answer. A shower feature in another room took about two days to fix, and staff did not provide updates because the room phone was not working (my phone issue could have also been proactively fixed but never was). There were also a couple of occasions when supposedly clean beach towels were visibly dirty. None of these issues ruined the stay, and the staff was helpful when prodded, but the hotel needs clearer procedures, stronger quality control, and more proactive communication. That said and overall, the location, rooms, and views made it an enjoyable experience."

"My check in receptionist was excellent i forgot his name he is very good Parking needs to be adjusted better some solo travels in that darkness not cool . There is a awful smell in the dining room close to drink station or maybe bar is definitely a turn off please fix that . Yes i would stay again"
