"We have stayed at the Mainsail for several years now. It was always our go to place to stay. It was very nice this time to have a front desk person that spoke clear English. She was very friendly and had a nice personality. The 1st night in our room we located an empty Dr. Pepper bottle behind the night stand next to the interior bed. Not the worst thing to find in a motel room. The 2nd night my daughter went to take a bath, but couldn't because the tub stopper did not work. Still not the worst thing in the world. However, also the 2nd night I dropped something behind the nightstand and upon retrieving it I found a pile of Ramon Noodles on the floor near the empty soda bottle. The next morning a little after 10 am as we were getting ready to pack up and depart, the front desk clerk was coming around to "remind us" that check out was at 9am. WHAT! Check out has never been at 9am, always 10/11am. Upon returning home I checked my email to see if I had only old reservation info. In 2025 our check in time was 2pm and check out time 10am. Upon checking the hotel website 2026 check in time 3pm and check out time 9am. So needless to say we will no longer be staying at the Mainsail. The cleanliness is not what it use to be. Charging the same/more prices for less time on site. This is very sad for me."
