"Nice size room, but desk chair had little to no padding, felt like I was sitting on metal tubes. Large gap between entry door and jam; light from hallway lights could be seen. Had to call the front desk 4 times before I spoke to someone about how to connect to hotel's Wi-Fi network. "

"The breakfast was delicious, offering something new each day for a hot breakfast. My only complaint was the mattress for the pullout bed was terrible, old and very worn. We were unable to use the pullout bed which we were planning on using! Overall it was a nice place to stay!"

"When we checked in, the front desk lady was friendly and welcoming and knew exactly who I was, probably because I was the last check-in for the night. I appreciated feeling like I was expected and someone was paying attention. The bed was fantastic! The mattress was firm but comfy, the sheets were clean and fresh, and the pillows were thick and deep. I love that they use duvets, so there are no gross blankets and comforters. I slept really well. "There was a 20 dollar fee for parking, which in this area was ridiculous!! Then, we were not told there was a fee for breakfast and for 2 of us, AFTER EATING, we got a 60 DOLLAR BILL!!! FOR BREAKFAST!! The room was clean, that was the only plus. "

"Pluses: Excellent location, clean, friendly staff. Absolutely best hot water I’ve ever had in the room sink and shower !! Lacking or not so great: Room needs a microwave. Lobby and breakfast area layout is cramped and awkward. Very eighties design, feels dark. Lighting throughout including rooms is terrible. Really no excuse, could swap out with some warm LED, make it look totally different. Good stay at the price, would go back."

"It was my first time here and I'm really happy with the stay. The suite was very clean with plenty of space. Good breakfast, too. The gym has a lot of cardio options, but the weights area is a bit cramped—fine for a light session, though."
