After our departure, the host has repeatedly ignored all requests for our deposit refund, despite us causing no damage during our stay. I paid both the deposit and cleaning fee in good faith, but the host is now refusing to refund the deposit and is unresponsive to all communication."

"Lovely stay. Suite for 6 was ideal, plenty of space and comfy beds. Sofa bed was good quality and comfortable. Laundry for guests free of charge was a great bonus! (Though busy) "

"This place was better than any of the hotels we stayed in throughout Bavaria... loved the kitchen amenities and the views were actually of mountains! 10/10 i would recommend for anyone wanting to visit salzburg. Having the metro was incredible and having a grocery store a block down was great. Park can get difficult and honestly overwhelming if it was more of a peak season."

"I would certainly stay here again! My husband and 2 teens had a great time. The room was very spacious with lots of windows. We were lucky to be in an apartment that had a view of the fortress. The front desk staff was always very helpful and had great recommendations for us. The breakfast option would be something i would get again with wonderful options. It was so nice to be a short 5 min walk to the train station and all the transit options there. A fantastic stay."
