"I chose to stay at this hotel based on the information provided by the property. However, it was far from what was expected. First of all, the pool was locked up. As was the 'Breakfast' area. "The hotel was very well maintained. One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Some of this fitness equipment did not seem to work and the whirlpool was out of order which was a bummer but I hope the next time I stop by they’ll be available! Staff was very helpful and nice as well."

"This was the dirtiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We asked to switch rooms because I found hair, debris and a mini flashlight in the bed upon arrival. When we switched rooms we were moved to a room with huge black stains on the carpet, food in the fridge and a delightful smell of smoke and urine.
The elevator was broken so we took the stairs and no one cleaned up the vomit in the stairwell for over 24hrs.
We also found pills on the floor, and one in the bed (in the new room). I understand that...
