I was shocked to find out that a Sierra Leonean hotel would cater solely to Chinese customers. I bet no hotels in China would do the same. Where is the Sierra Leonean pride? Very limited local food, only Chinese foods. I changed rooms more than 3 times, due to infestations by what appeared to be termites. Breakfast was very poor. No pancakes, cheeses for omlets were very gooey. Management needs to understand that there are other customers at the hotel, apart from Chinese. Shout outs to the kitchen staff, including Kaday, Bah, Hassan, to name a few. The room attendant, Kaday was also very good. The hotel is quiet with a lot of potentials. Management needs to be more considerate and run the hotel like a facility in Sierra Leone, not like China. The Chinese need to adapt to the Sierra Leonean culture, including the food.
