"Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Room was clean and roomy. Depending on which route you are coming from turn access to property could be difficult due to road barrier off Route 43, nothing a quick turn around can't fix."

"Loved the modern breakfast setup & variety. The pool was great & staff was friendly. Our room was a great size but we had trouble using the electronic curtains. The breakfast hours on Expedia differ from the actual Hilton hours. That should be fixed as we didn’t get to have breakfast before checking out due to the discrepancy."

"I arrived on Friday, hotel had no hot water. By the evening, the hot water was restored. Then the water pressure was not great. Saturday, the cable was out. I checked out on Sunday."

"Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was a bit lacking. If you did not get down there very early it was quite picked over. Maybe a refresh? "

"The staff was helpful but I informed management that housekeeping wasn’t doing their job. The rooms were half clean and the towels and washcloths need to have an expiration date because they were dingy and It had streak marks. I brought my own towels and washcloth. The free breakfast was OK if you wanted something to get you by. It was better than the other hotel, considering I left the other spot because they had roaches."

"The elevator was broken. They did not have enough wash rags & towels. They told my adults children to come back in the morning and ask for amenities. Instead of going out their way to provide us with them. The hallway smelled like smoke . The telephone in the room was broke. The back door was broke and unsafe. This was a scary and the worst experience I had in a long time.. No sleep everyone use that back door they knew no key was needed."

"First, the staff was very helpful. I had multiple issues with my TV and they came quickly to help fix it and I was able to check in a little bit early as well which was helpful. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was questionable."

"The worst hotel experience! Very dirty, mold in corners, mice scat everywhere! Mice chewed through my snacks on counter. The vent in bathroom and heater/AC vent both full of lint, as if not cleaned in months. roaches hiding in bathroom. Signs everywhere for 250$ smokers cleaning fee and the room already reeks of cigarette smoke from other rooms. The continental breakfast was very lame, just bread for toast and cereal. coffee and juice. Also windows very outdated, children could easily fall out."

"Good location off highway, breakfast was included but cold, we certainly ate and we're fine. No vending in lobby. Entrance was not clean. Beds were comfortable enough, we were only there to sleep quick before getting back on road."

"Staff was welcoming & professional. Place exuded cleanliness throughout. Room amenities were very good. Whole Foods Market is just several hundred feet away. The only negative is that you have to pay for parking."
