"The front desk staff was amazing! The rest of the staff was not. Their customer service was terrible, they weren’t helpful with information about THEIR OWN hotel and amenities. The thermostat also suddenly stopped working so we couldn’t control the air. The speakeasy was so overrun with non-hotel guests that we couldn’t get in after paying almost $400 for one night. Kinda defeats the purpose of an onsite bar/speakeasy."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with kitchen appliances, which made our stay very comfortable. What I loved most was that pets are welcome with no extra fees, which is a huge plus. Everyone on the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely come back to this hotel the next time I’m in Washington, DC. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is very nice. Each room has a very nice kitchen, full of plates, cups, pans, everything needed to cook if that is what you want to do.
There is a Wawa around the corner to buy anything you need like water, snacks or frozen food to heat up in the microwave. There are also many restaurants around the hotel.
It is close to the Metro and buses to easily get to the Smithsonian Museums and other attractions.
They offer free premium coffee and popcorn all day. They also offer a wine hour...
