"What a gorgeous property! Upon arrival they upgraded us to a beautiful suite! We watched the ducks march to the fountain in the morning. Such a well maintained, clean, good smelling, historic hotel in the US is not common. Thank you Peabody, we WILL return!"

"The hotel itself is fine but the front desk staff were pathetic
They were arrogant about using the water at the front desk yet the water is for guests. Days we can only use the little cups there. I understand if you want a sip but what if you’re in the hotel premises, it’s ok to maintain rules but you don’t have to be rude. The breakfast lady was the best, helped alleviate the sour taste left by the front desk bald ladies"

"Door on the bathroom didn’t lock and would open on its own. The bathroom was out of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The phone did not work so I had to go to the check in desk to ask for towels. When I mentioned that we needed the toiletries in the bathroom no one came. I went back down a second time and then someone finally came but needed to get in the bathroom unfortunately my son was already in the shower.
Would never book here again or recommend this place. Not happy!!"
