There is a wonderful little park across the street with room to run and jump. The staff were excellent in their service, support and friendly demeanor. The rooms were large and comfortable while breakfast was more than adequate by European standards. You have access to Vienna by car and Hinterbruhl and Modling as well. We even enjoyed the big mall...

"Upon arrival woman at the front desk was not friendly and welcoming. Actually most of the women weren't. Wanted to have dinner there the first night the one room was tiny and had kids screaming later at night. the other part of the restaurant was filled with smoke and couldn't eat there . went back to the Noisy restaurant the dinner was pretty good . the room is mediocre. nothing special about it. the breakfast is until 10 but if you get there at 9 and things have been eaten they do not refill...
