"Very kind staff and helpful very friendly with children which is nice they fill welcome great breakfast my husband didn't want to go bad thing you can't take the breakfast to the room for him. bed was a little outdated in the pets room plus deposit was unexpected didn't read that before. Overall great stay pool was fun The evening ladies were very amazing bar tender didn't show and they did their best to make is a drink we felt very welcome"

"Very clean, very courteous staff. Check in was easy, they had a great breakfast with alot for variety. Rooms were clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Free breakfast was a nice surprise for this type hotel, but staff fell behind on keeping items stocked. Renovations were going on during our stay, but once they are done, hotel will have a nice appearance. Free snacks in evening another plus along with 2 free drinks."

"I would highly recommend recleaning and disinfecting your room. We rented a business suite for 4 days and I’m so appreciative that they accommodated early check it. Sadly, there are multiple stains on the floor, chairs and couch. Bring a throw to cover seating areas and highly recommend shower shoes just don’t walk around barefoot. Ottomans, chairs, desk and headboards were all visibly dirty as if there were no attempt at all to even try and clean. Curtains and AC until visibility dirty as well along with the AC not even working enough to cool the room. Bathroom very old and run down. Paint chipping throughout the whole room. Remotes had cakes on dirt you can tell they’ve never been cleaned at all. Again, ask for early check in so you have time to clean and disinfect if you stay here. After all the work I put in I didn’t want to change rooms cause I’d have to start all over with the process. I don’t request room service because they already showed their lack of experience in cleaning. Pool and gym were nice and clean, front desk staff were nice and helpful. All in all, just a run down dirty hotel in a good location with plenty to do."

"Hotel Polaris is incredible. Tremendous views and a very upscale vibe. Our room was immaculate and sufficiently spacious and included a refrigerator and coffee maker. The coffee maker was designed for espresso, so we didn't use it. My only real complaint is the overall price. Very expensive and many of the amenities that you are charged for in the "amenities fee" still come with an additional cost. To get a regular cup of coffee in the morning, prepare to wait in line at Lovie's (poorly staffed while we were there) and plan on paying $40+/plate for meals at Pamela's. Great place, just know what you are getting into when you book. It isn't going to be cheap, but it is a super nice place."
