"Didn’t feel safe. Beds were comfy, but the master bedroom sink was literally falling apart and did not work. The lights from the outside shine right into the rooms. The back door that led to the patio area was completely uncovered and zero privacy (first floor unit). I couldn’t believe it. You could see right into the unit from the parking lot. "The room was beautiful, cozy and super clean. The bathroom was very clean as well and there were beautiful big towels. The dining room and sitting room are decorated very lovely in historical B&B style. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Overall our stay was excellent and we would highly recommend this B&B."

"Getting to the parking lot was a bit of a challenge due to the convention center. Our GPS kept leading us to different entrances, but once we got there and familiarized ourselves with the surroundings, it turned out to be incredibly convenient and easy to access. The room was spotless, and the amenities and lobby were equally clean. The overall atmosphere was comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly."

"I have stayed at this hotel in the past and honestly have always enjoyed the stay. This time the room had standing water - at least six inches - in the tub. The woman at the desk - Monique - said she would have it fixed while we were out for the afternoon. I have been in town recently to help care for my brother who had triple bypass surgery. We left the hotel to go to see him and when we returned several hours later there was still standing water in the tub and the toilet would not flush....

"The apartment was just as pictured and truly lovely. Loved all the brick! Very well laid out floor plan. We would definitely stay here again! While the space itself was awesome, the most impressive thing was the communication with the Jungle House staff. Immediately responsive to questions and concerns. The day we checked in was record level hot at 98 degrees. The air conditioner understandably struggled and the staff had 2 air conditioner units to is within 30 minutes of checkin to provide...

"Overall, nice stay. Close to downtown, convenient. Some minor issues with the unit. TV wasn't functioning for us, so host called and helped. A previous guest had signed in to a streaming service, so I didn't have to bother my lovely wife, but that really should be cleared after each stay. "The communication is TOO good. I received well over a dozen texts or emails during my 2 day stay and it was excessive. It was a large house, and just me on a business trip, but would be great for a family. Very well equipped"

"Staff was very nice. It was very convenient having 24hr shuttle service. I did not have time to use the pool or gym. I cannot comment on breakfast since I had to be at the airport at 5am. Room was updated but it showing signs of wear and tear. Some mold showing up in shower, wallpaper starting to peel. I had a dirty wall, housekeeping must have missed. Over all a good place to stay. Cleaner than some places I've been in Thank you to the staff."
