"The room was clean and fresh when we arrived. They held our bags for us prior to check in so we didn’t have to walk around with them. The gym the had was okay, weight range was a bit limited but I had the whole gym to myself for my whole workout and that was great! The breakfast was decent, we ordered from the menu rather than do the buffet. Overall it was a good stay and we’d go back again."

"Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer waren sauber und das Frühstück lecker. Super gelegen das Hotel."

"The Carnegie is a very (VERY) small hotel directly behind Carnegie Hall. It looks like a sleek black glass spaceship has landed, squeezed between the buildings towering over it. Lobby and breakfast room are very small. Rooms are a bit cramped, but well appointed. (NOTE: There are only 4 rooms on each floor. Turn left out of the elevator, for rooms ending 01 and 02, that face over the street and have good sized windows. Turn right out of the elevator and there are rooms ending 03 and 04. These...

"The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located nearby Times Square and the port. The breakfast had a good layout. You should consider investing in a new coffee machine that produces a cuppacino or latte. I would be happy to stay there again."

"Friendly staff and good hotel for the price"

"This is the fourth time that we have stayed at a Citizen M hotel. We stayed 3 times in Copenhagen and once in NYC. Love the attention from the staff at both hotels. They really try to make your stay a positive experience."

"Friendly front desk and bar staff. Clean & comfortable beds. The floor in our room was cracked/broken floor boards in multiple places and was uneven. The bathroom shower was open so the floor would be soaked all over. Sink was extremely small. Lighting in the room was too dim/not enough. The price I was charged was way too much for the quality & room but price was unfortunately increased bc of a well known event going on nearby. Would not stay here again."
