"This was the cheapest room available for overnight stay while visiting Purdue University. Was good for one light sleeping on the bed without bed bugs biting. Most amenities weren’t that great; but I wasn’t also paying double the price I paid at AmericInn, so won’t complain. But fair warning, if you are expecting great amenities for the price you will be disappointed. The sign outside at entrance to property still shows La Quinta Inn, even though lobby has been remodeled to say AmericInn. I was told they are working on replacing. In the meantime don’t think you landed at the wrong place if you still see the former name of the property."

"Sheets had stains on them; room smelled like smoke and mildew; loud doors slamming all night. When I checked out, I informed the front desk of all of this and was not offered any assistance."

"Awesome place love staying here. We come up for a competition at Purdue with the 4-H kids and have for about the last 6 years and always stay here. They are so awesome accommodating us and open breakfast early for us. We love coming up there early and letting the kids swim and then eat and then go to one of the king suites and study. This place is perfect and is the only place we stay. When we travel out of state we try and stay at a Drury. We always know we’re safe and the place is clean and welcoming. "

"Loved the staff there. I accidentally booked my room on the wrong day and they helped me get everything figured out and got my room booked for the correct day with no losses. I also lost my wallet in the room and the when the house keeper found it they turned it into the front desk with everything in it."
