"I had a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking a quiet garden. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and breakfast, on the one day I was able to get it, was superb. The only reason I give only four stars for staff and service is that the proprietors aren’t able to find enough qualified staff to allow them to provide services (like breakfast) every day. I hope they can resolve that problem. I would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"Ideal location if wanting to wander around Altstadt. The staff was very nice. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. Amazing place to stay."
