"We stayed at the Franconia Inn for two nights over the weekend and had a wonderful experience. Even though we had to check in very late at midnight, the inn was extremely accommodating and made the process smooth and stress-free. Our room was cozy, clean, and comfortable, with just the right New England charm. The common areas were equally inviting—warm, welcoming, and perfect for relaxing between outings. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a nice selection and great quality that set us up for the day. Overall, the Franconia Inn combines charm, comfort, and great hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return."

"We had a welcome sign in our window when we arrived. Room was ready for us well ahead of bormal check-in time. I love the old, vintage touches!! Super conveniently located to spend the day @ Franconia Notch SP. Pool was still open & hot tub was really warm. "

"The pictures of the property that we were staying in did NOT reflect the current conditions of the home. The house was attached to a motel no big deal but the access from the office of the motel came directly in the area where we were staying and we were unable to lock from our side. The house itself was in need of serious repairs! Peeling paint and wallpaper. Heat that didn’t work very well, no hot water. Half of us didn’t even shower while we were there (4 days). When we brought it up to the property manager we were met with rudeness and a feeling of inconvenience. He fixed the water but then we didn’t have any cold water. There were cracked pipes and he stated the property should have never been rented. No kitchen trash, dish sponge or kitchen towels. The dishwasher was Jerry rigged and the kitchen sink leaks. The upstairs bedroom has a bunkbed and my 6 year old couldn’t even fit up into safely. It should not be counted as a bed. We needed to use a blow up mattress to accommodate everyone. Overall subpar experience but we made it work. I would not recommend especially for amount of money we paid per night!!!!"
