"Luxury accommodations. Excellent service and the rooms (suites) are huge. The highlight of the room was the shower - it is just amazing. We were a family of four and we loved it. The location is excellent. Walking distance to the Duomo Plaza (5 minutes) but set back enough that it feels much more private and low key. "

"My stay here was beyond delightful. Staff was sooo helpful, from helping me book an airport transfer to helping me find stores and restaurants nearby. The response time was 24/7 and so fast. I can’t recommend it enough. The palazzo is BEAUTIFUL and so so so nice to just walk around and admire. Only thing is there are lots of stairs so be prepared. It wasn’t a problem for us at all though. It’s quick and easy to access the property. They also have complimentary espresso! Which is lovely for the morning before heading out to the town. "

"I asked the front desk to store our luggage while we explored the city and they were happy to help. Friendly and helpful service at check-in. The location is right next to a beautiful and large park in central Catania and we felt safe coming & going. We stayed one night on our way back to the airport and it was easy to get pickup and drop off. "
