This is a wonderful property with beautiful grounds, many swimming pools and good amenities. Rooms were nice and clean with Nespresso coffee and bottles of water. Food and drinks at the bar were good with friendly service.

The room was in good condition, but the staff was not very courteous if you didn’t speak Portuguese or Spanish. The dining staff left us at a table for an hour after placing our food order and when I mentioned it to them they brought out the food which was cold. Being a Hilton hotel and a Hilton Honor member, I had hope for reasonable and courteous service despite the language barrier. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and in a good location.

Good but not great

Good hotel very close to the Brazilian side of the waterfalls and the airport. Food was not amazing and the amenities, excluding the gym, are not in the best condition and you cannot really enjoy them 100%. It seems to be a good option for families.
