O lugar é bem limpo, a equipe de trabalho excelente,prestativos,simpáticos. Vi que está passando por reformas, acredito que precise pq tem alguns reparos pra fazer. Mas recomendo ,ótimo café da manhã, excelente localização.

Complexo Eco Cataratas Resort by SJ
Very clean hotel but the staff are rude and ignore you when you ask them questions. Some were helpful but the majority just ignore you. You can’t use the hot tubs unless you have a reservation but the reservations were all taken for our entire stay. The hot tubs were empty every time we walked by ...
