After the first night, housekeeping took all of my husband's medication, his charger, his shoes, and his personal hygiene items—claiming they threw them in the trash. I don't understand why they would do that; since I had a five-night reservation, their only job was to clean, not to take personal belongings."

"The staff was amazing! There were a couple room issues we brought to the staff's attention, which they handled promptly. The bed was comfy. Room was great. The only downfall of the room was how loud the AC unit is when it kicks on...unfortunately I'm a light sleeper and woke up almost everytime it turned on. Overall, I would recommend."

"The music from the bar across the street was so loud you could feel and hear the bass in our room. We were told it would end by 10 which it didn’t! The pillows were literally 12x12 in. The breakfast choices were a waffle or a frozen jimmy dean breakfast sandwich. Disappointed."

"Pros: for the price, this place is a good spot if you have kids. My daughter loved the pool area, which was clean and seemed maintained. Cons: Our tub wouldn’t drain and we reported it on the first day; we stayed 3 nights but no one ever came to fix it. We asked for clean towels and a room refresh on the third day and were told that was no problem but it hadn’t been done when we got in that evening. Things were generally clean but we found popcorn, candy and trash around and behind the beds."

The pool area had garbage and stuff on the ground. It seemed to never have been picked up and the tables always dirty. Not wiped down after people had sat and eaten at them.
