"Even though it is out of the way of a lot of things, it was relatively quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful when asked questions or services. Easy access to I25 and food delivery was was easy."

"Room was dirty and smelled. No room service for a week stay. Gym is trash. No weights only a few cardio machines. Had to ask for toilet paper. Just all around bad. Will not stay again."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. But there's only so much you can do to "shoddy." Our first room's toilet could barely flush. The lighting was so bad I had to use a flashlight to read my map. The maid never made up the room, so the next day we had a different room. At least the toilet flushed and the lighting was better. But, overall, the rooms are dark and dingy. "The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel staff was friendly. The hotel is located in a very convenient area close to shopping, dining and entertainment. The breakfast was the best I've had in years at a hotel. Whoever runs and manages the breakfast buffet should be commended. Overall, a short but comfortable stay."

"The beds were AWFUL (gaping human sized dips in the mattress- left both my husband and I struggling to sleep and with terrible back pain the next day), mildew and mold all over the shower, and utterly useless pillows. The front desk staff was very pleasant and kind."

"The property is gorgeous with several hiking trails. We walked everywhere. We toured the Glen Eyrie Castle and had a high tea. Breakfast was included and it was absolutely delicious. Every member of the staff made us feel special and welcome . We felt safe while staying here. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. This is my "happy place"."

"The staff was great in all areas, super friendly. There were some hiccups checking in the original room we requested with a king bed had a broken TV, so we had to get checked into a double queen, which was much smaller. However comfortable. The bedding could use some replacing, as the down comforters have visible torn areas in many places. I noticed only blackout drapes, not a sheer present to let daylight in. Overall great experience!!!!"

"We had a good stay at the hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. There was a weird smell when we first got there, I think it was cleaning chemicals. It was fine by the time we got back to the room after spending a few hours at main event. The breakfast and dinner was nice. Staff kept everything as clean as they could. We would definitely stay there again."
