Expedia members don’t count. I also qualified as a VIP guest which they ALSO didn’t honor (no free beverage). Small stuff like that ruins your vacation, especially since the listing boasts about their breakfast! I can eat elsewhere, but the manager felt like blaming ME for not booking with them directly. "
