"Very pleasant stay and nice staff; special mention for Yusuf who serviced my room for the 10 days. Only complaint is the pillows which were all lumpy and uncomfortable! Good family hotel with nice pool area for kids. Close to T1 tram. Would recommend if you don’t want to be based in the city. Nice views of Bosphorus and ships!"

"From the check-in to the checkout, the hotel staff and the services were amazing. I have to mention that one staff member and her name is Özlem has passed all our expectations. She treated us like a family, she went far and beyond her responsibilities and took care of my elderly father who had some health troubles. Thank you Özlem and Uranus team from the bottom of my heart. I strongly recommend this hotel and I will only stay here for my next Istanbul visit. "
