"Stayed overnight as we were going to a concert at the Winter Gardens. The imperial is a good old fashioned hotel with decent modern facilities - excellent buffet breakfast - served our purpose. Would stay again"

Misleading advert but great location overall
"Super location. Cabin great. Very disappointed that the advert for the cabin showed it overlooking the lake. The staff informed us that no lake side cabins were available. It was not clear from the advert that the photos were not the actual cabin that we were paying for."
