"Hotel room was good however the shuttle to and from the airport is very unreliable …had to wait over 40 minutes for pick up at airport (they have one van and if full by the time it pulls into your terminal then you have to wait 1/2 hour for the return)…when we left the hotel we booked a 7 am shuttle and at 7:15 were told the shuttle was tied up in traffic (on sunday morning no less)…so ended up getting a Uber which arrived in 3 minutes…do not depend on shuttle it is useless"

"When I was there. A lady that’s usually at the bar area was talking care of me. (Rachel ) always an awesome person. The next morning I seen Theo an later Liz. All greater me with the upmost gratitude! Super great people! Always a pleasure! Also a new lady an she’s a supper nice. "

"They charged me a different rate than what my reservation stated. Expedia said the room was $274 after taxes and fees. The hotel charged me $334 plus an additional $50 for " incidentals" which was eventually refunded. But they still over charged me. So, one if you is running a dishonest business. "

"Staff helpful at check in - cookies delicious. the room was dirty - floors (carpet) sticky and dirty. Shower did not get hot. wall paper peeling in the bathroom and over feel of unclean. Did not visit the amenities offered. "
