Great hotel on the Fort Wayne Northside!

We extended our previous stay because the hotel was perfect for our relative. Staff was nice, place was clean and comfortable, and breakfasts were good.

Nice, better than ratef

Stayed here for early morning appointment the next day at DuPont Hospital. Great proximity to the hospital and Speedway and various restaurants. Easy access. Parking lot well maintained. Interior in common areas clean and no odors. Well maintained. Did not use inside pool but appears clean. Room very clean. Everything works as expected. Staff friendly and accommodating. Only issue is hallway was very hot. Yes hot outside but expected cooler interior. Room hot upon entry but air conditioning worked well once adjusted.

Gutters have fallen off of the hotel. Could also use a good paint job. The room was fine and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. We had problems with the remote for the tv, the attendant was extremely helpful and even came to our room to help us.

The staff were polite and friendly but the conditions of the hotel were not up to par. We had baby cockroaches in our room, stained sheets, our tub had standing water when we used it, and when we checked in our sink and counters were dirty with hair and debris. Liked the location though.
