"My son and I each had a room. I did not see the state of my son's room until the next morning. My room: food and giant dust balls under the beds. Thick dust on the AC unit, bathroom vent, lamps. Pee, hair and dirt around the toilet. Crud in the window track. During the night the refrigerator stopped working and the massively iced-over freezer melted all over the floor. I used my towels to soak it up. Son's room: equally dirty. Sock from previous guest on a lightbulb. Missing smoke detector. Hair...

Water pressure in the shower was very weak. There was no option on the thermostat to just have a fan on, had to turn the temperature to the lowest setting and freeze in order to have the fan on. "We booked for 2 nights through Expedia and Expedia only sent our booking for one night. The fellow who was at the front desk was so kind and helpful. We had to pay the hotel for the second night and deal with Expedia. It took 3 days and many conversations with rude and unreasonable men from Expedia. The hotel was wonderful and I recommend not to use Expedia."

"I had a very unfortunate experience at this location. I was awakened by another guest in my room. I was fast asleep when they entered and he explained the hotel staff gave him access fo my room for his reservation. I was bare naked and asleep. This could have been potentially dangerous for both of us. I do have severe ptsd and this was not ideal for either of us."
