"Stay was great! Awesome room comfortable bed and couch. Only frustration was trying to find the light switches in a dark room. And realizing there wasn’t any. Just manual lamp switches. lol so just confusing at first. Also took a bit to figure out fireplace. Would be a good idea to put room operating information in a booklet, that said we did not call front desk to ask as that would have been to easy. Will stay again and you should too!"

"Clean hotel, comfortable sleep. They have a lovely restaurant according to the menu, but I do wish it was more inclusive to dietary restrictions, such as celiac disease. I had to uber in food because there was nothing celiac friendly on the menu that was also pescatarian/vegetarian. Other than that, the staff were friendly. Wondering why I haven't received the remaining deposit back after the one night stay (aside from the parking), as I only slept in the room for 6 hours and used nothing else. I was told it would be credited back at check out. But overall, a good stay."

"Very loud guests shouting at each other at 2 am in the morning. Could not sleep. Renovation also did not help with noises in the morning."

"The entire reason we booked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub so that we could relax. We searched specifically for a hotel with a pool and hot tub and found nothing on hotels.com about it being closed for renovations. The lobby when you walk in is under renovation and looks bad."

"No microwave, fridge frozen solid,no bottle of water to brush teeth or make coffee. Elevator 1 and 2 not working properly press button nothing happens. couldn't get room cool air conditioning not working. Only has ice machine on 7 and 14 floor.No drain plug to take a bath. Very dated hotel Front staff and maintenance very nice . Close to hospital benefits us. Great parking"
