"The resort is beautiful. Great location and lots to do, shopping and restaurants all very close by. The pools, lazy river and facilities at the resort are nice but service was greatly lacking. When needing fresh towels, refills of toilet tissue and attention for broken A/C multiple calls needed to be made and we experienced extended wait times. During our week long stay our A/C broke down 3 times during 90+ degree heat. Management did apologize and offer credits but that did not reduce our...
