"It was definitely an older hotel. It was strange that the office was completely detached from the rest of the hotel. Upon inspecting the shower, there was visible hair left from the previous occupants."

"My stay was Saturday through Thursday and not for pleasure; I was handling a relative's death in Bullhead City, but I chose to stay across the river at the Tropicana for the security. I felt very safe in the parking garage, and the convenience of parking near my room's tower was very convenient. I only ate at the restaurant once, and it was fine, nothing special. The staff, however, was excellent. I extended my stay twice, and the front desk check-in staff made it very easy. Housekeeping was also extremely responsive to bringing more towels and supplies soon after I made the requests. Overall, the hotel met my expectations for comfort and safety."
