If I could choose “0” stars I would. From the moment we arrived we realized the pictures in the listing may have been edited. We arrived at 3 to drop off our luggage and were only going to be there for a few minutes. There was no parking at all. The guy at the front desk offered we could park our car in the courtyard which I thought was unusual. We checked in, there was construction going on and painting in the office. It was a mess in there. I got the keys and went up to the room and there was a strange broken vending machine, an eye sore, sitting in the center of the courtyard. The building look in need of patch repair and paint. Our front door of unit 9 looked like it had been kicked in. The room smelled of mold. We dropped our stuff off and had to rush out to our appointment. We came back around 11pm and tried to take a shower and there was no hot water. I began to examine the room and the walls had dents and paint missing, the floor was greasy, there was grime where the walls met the flooring, there was rust on the fridge, the room was noisy, the AC wasn’t working, the tv wouldn’t turn on, there was black mold in the shower, there was no water pressure, I can go on… I went to complain to the front desk and ask for a refund but no one was there. I had to walk around the grounds in search of someone and there was one lady who barely spoke English. The few words I got out of her was that I should come back in the morning and I could get a refund, but he said no.
