Close to airport easy getting to cruise port also from there by Uber. Hotel van is $15pp, much more than an Uber Ask for a room away from the front of bldg, and elevator, very noisy at night. Would def stay here again, a bit smarter about what to ask for

I was extremely disappointed when we were told we could not check in until 430 even though I called to confirm we could check in early and was told 230 We stood in the lobby watching people and people groups after groups check in and the only two groups who could not check in were Canadians, this is deplorable and we would never stay at this hotel again I will leave a full review on trip advisor when I return home

Our flight was delayed by 2 hours. We called the hotel to let them know we were delayed so we would arrive late. The room was pre paid few weeks earlier. When we got there there was one lady at the front desk and no other guests. It took over an hour to get our keys to the room. The excuse was they had problems with their computers

Outdated resort; unwelcoming front desk staff; assigned to a room never cleaned; fitness room had about 5 machines, again, outdated, rusted or broken. Extra daily charges to pay for anything offered at resort. When you book to stay here, you’re basically securing a room with a bed. Parking, amenities, access to anywhere at resort… all out of your pocket.

The front desk lady Crystal was very welcoming and lovely when we checked in. The rooms were immaculate and very spacious. Good water pressure in the shower and soft towels. The beds were super comfy, especially the pillows. The breakfast was outstanding, with the workers going above and beyond to keep everything stocked. The pool area was very nice and the family enjoyed the little games out there. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Check out was seamless. We also appreciated the dog walking area with convenient trash and waste bags available. We will be back for sure.

Room was clean, breakfast was good and good service. Good hotel and good value. Location could have been better beacuse there were very few restaurants within safe walking distance after dark. There was a very sketchy area only a few blocks away (not very safe in daylight).
